Fubkzm - Terms of Service

Payment, Refund Policy & Fees

1. Payment

- All prices may be subjected to upscaling for corporate entities.
- Payment will be accepted in USD ONLY through Stripe.
- Full Payment is required before starting the commission. Large payments ($500+) can be split into multiple installments upon request.

2. Refund Policy

- Upon the sketch draft process, a 50% refund is possible. Any further progress will be non refundable.
-The client will be fully refunded if:

  • The artist has not completed the commission within two weeks AFTER the due date without prior communication

  • The artist cannot complete the commission

3. Fees

- Any revision that occurs outside of the revising window will result in a 10% fee.
- All payments/installments come with deadlines, failing to make a payment by its deadline might result in a 10% late fee. (Please communicate with me if there’s anything preventing you from making the payment, I’m more than happy to work something out between us)

Copyright & Usage Policy

  1. I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel unequipped for.

  2. I reserve the right to share the commission process online in the form of previews or streaming. Prior notice or an NDA form is required to keep commissions private.

  3. I, the artist, retain the rights to the original artwork. I may freely use it to promote myself or as a portfolio piece unless stated otherwise.

  4. Proper credit to me, the artist, is required when the commissioned artwork is used or distributed.

  5. Regular commission that is not a stream asset is treated as non-commercial commission. Therefore it can only be used for non-commercial/non-monetized purposes.

  6. The client is not permitted to use any part of the commissioned artwork in any AI or blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to training AIs, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Basic commission will take 2-4 weeks to complete after payment is received. Any hard deadline must be specified prior to starting by the client.

  2. After receiving your commission inquiry, I will reach out to request necessary materials needed prior to sketch drafting (references, notes, etc).

  3. After the sketch(es) for the commissioned artwork is presented, you can request changes up to two times.

  4. After the sketch is approved, only minor color changes are allowed. Please make sure you are happy with the sketch before approving it.

  5. Any request for change beyond the permitted two will result in a 10% fee.

  6. Once finished, the commissioned artwork will be uploaded to Google Drive and a link will be shared with the client. Please download and save your commission on your device as I have limited space on my Drive and might have to delete older works to make space for newer ones.
